I have been waiting to fill out my winter box. My password wouldn't work. I followed all the guidelines and when that didn't work I talked to customer service. Two different people said that they reset my password and they gave me a new one. It didn't work. So then Elvie sent me an email with the winter box items for me to pick from but again I couldn't get thru to the process because it wanted a password that I didn't have. I still can't change my password and this has been since Thursday Oct 27 2022 as I always go on the site early to see what the offers are but unfortunately I couldn't get in. I have been an annual customer for 4 or 5 years now and I have never had to give a bad rating and this breaks my heart. :-( Lisa Coughlan NB Canada 🇨🇦

I don't like that you guys raised the cost twice before my yearly renewal. It went form 149.99 to 179.99 to 199.99 to 219.99 in less than 2 years. I will stop referring friends to this service. Could not respond to your reply. But a month after my renewal, price was augmented twice. We have no choice. Honestly, unless you change vendors, the options are no longer as appealing.

I've gotten these for years and it used to be okay, but my recent boxes never shipped/got lost and I had to reach out each time to request my box (way after it should have arrived) - which now always comes with missing or different items than I selected. The recent box was lost, and the replacement came without the extra items (add-ons) that I purchased (I paid extra for these). I couldn't get refunded, just credit which I never actually received! The only way to contact them through the messaging system is PAINFUL to use. Used to be a fun seasonal treat I enjoyed but now I can't wait to cancel when my yearly subscription is up. The quality of the projects is really hit or miss - e.g. in the last box one skin product was expired and another come with a broken seal. I would absolutely not recommend subscribing until they get their act together again.

They tricked me into buying a year up front for $211.49 and then they didn’t send anything and canceled my account. They told me it was an error and to buy another annual account and the other would be fixed on time because I really wanted an item and I was locked out of my account. I try to pick my item and then again.. they cancel my account and keep the money at the same time my mom is signing up for one month and they charge me for it along with a bunch of things I didn’t order or buy because my account they canceled it. They took my money for goods and services, they lied, they scammed me, they scared me and my mother who suffers from beginning stages of dementia and I think they knew this and they used me and took my money and sent nothing and it’s traumatized me because I used to adore them, but this was so detrimental to my emotional safety that I wanted to die because they took so much of my money that I did not have because that was my rent money and grocery money. They never did anything about it. A woman talked to me while a man talked to her and they helped spend my money and put things in my cart.. and I got nothing. I’ve been trying have this fixed for so long but they don’t take calls they will pretend the call dropped every single time I talk about having them refund me because this is theft. I think I might make an expose YouTube video because my friend is a big time streamer and he said I should, but I just want my money back.ALL of it! ASAP!!
