Even though my box is lost, customer service did a wonderful job to try to rectify the situation. I am sad that I will be waiting 3 more weeks for my box, but sometimes there isn't anything else to do.

Harris, was spectacular! I told him my issue he resolved the problem so quickly and was so kind. My first box was not good it was a Christmas present and I got nothing I wanted. My mom purchased this for me and was told I could customize it, I was unable too. It was at the end of the month so I got really bad items. I had an issue with my second box but the box was much better, Harris was so great. He was kind and so pleasant ultimately he fixed the issue so fast! Because of him I’m a happy gal!

I love fabfitfun because it’s like having my birthday 4x a year and I can pick my own fantastic gifts! The customer care is exceptional and the company is just like it’s name… FABulous, a great FIT, and so much FUN!!

I had received a damaged item in my Spring box, most likely due to a rough transit as everything was packed neatly in the box. I was initially upset because this was the one item I was super excited for and I knew it had gone out of stock pretty quickly after I selected it as one of my items. Just a note, I’ve been subscribed to fabfitfun for 3 or 4 years and never had an issue with damaged items. No matter how many products and add ons I receive, the box is always packed well and keeps items protected. I reached out on the FFF website and didn’t have to jump through a million hoops to get in contact with someone— I was connected to customer service almost immediately. This was done via text rather than a chat on the website like most companies, which was something new to me, but super convenient and quick! I didn’t have to wait at all. I explained my issue to the rep, sent photos of the damaged item, and within minutes she had submitted a replacement for me. Very rarely do I have a great or even mediocre experience with customer service, even though I am always kind, patient and understanding. This experience was top of the line customer service, and it’s why I am still a faithful subscriber after so many years.

They provide nice products In their boxes however they have a lot of false advertisements when it comes to conning people into signing up for annual memberships by getting a specific Gift with their purchase!

He was kind and reminded me that the earbuds I ordered would be coming from another supplier so that is why I did not receive them inside my FFF box.
