FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I love ordering from here. The membership fee is reasonable, the products are great and from around the world! There’s such a great variety. And the customer service rocks!!

My niece is 19 and I'm 44. We don't have much in common and I never knew what to get her for birthdays and Christmas. But then it occurred to me that she would love a FabFitFun subscription as much as I do. So much more fun than a gift card and she can customize for the products she wants. We compare notes on our picks and who doesn't love finding a box of goodies on their doorstep 4 times a year?

For the Spring Box, I set a reminder on my phone for the customization window and made my selections as soon as it opened. When my box arrived it contained all of my selections. I thought the products were great and true to description. I think I may have received one alternative and it was a nice little surprise. My only suggestion would be that if FFF knows that an alternative has to be provided on a customization, maybe text a notice and give the customer a chance to rate their preference on a range of alternatives? I love that products are full sized and the option to purchase add ons and boost products always has a nice selection.

I’ve been a FFF subscriber for years and can honestly say, they’re head and shoulders above the rest. The product selection, the value and the customer service are second to none! If you haven’t tried them, I’d suggest just signing up for one box…I guarantee you’ll be back for more :)

I loved my recent box and all the add ons I picked!

1) It’s difficult to reach a live person. 2) Customer service has very little ability to solve issues or answer questions that deviate from the info already on the website. 3) FFF is not following its own written timeline. Seasonal subscribers are receiving boxes before many annuals have shipped, even without paying the $15 fee for faster shipping. This violates written policies.

I have been a Fab Fit Fun member for several years now. I started out as a seasonal member, meaning I would pay every Fall, Spring, Summer, and Winter the $49.99 to purchase the box. Then I moved to an annual subscription meaning I paid once a year the full amount for all 4 boxes. By doing that I was able to have the benefit of early selection for my choice of products as well as early access to FFF sales which are so great. I have enjoyed FFF so much because it has exposed me to so many wonderful products I would never have otherwise known about. I feel I am getting well worth my money and it actually is fun to get that box in the mail with all those goodie’s in it.

I love the variety that comes in the boxes. Shipping is prompt and Fab Fit Fun is the highlight of each new season for me. The Spring 2023 box was one of my absolute favorites!
