I threw 2 things in the trash as soon as I opened the box. I kept the bag and a waistband that I doubt I will ever use. I keep a mascara. The bag I can buy for 30. Dollars and as the mascara not much. The useless waistband and bag . I paid 59.99 dollars once but never again. I can say your post are false

FFF has great staff. They all seem to be very personable and helpful.

The team member Christopher was attentive and helpful. Listening to my concerns and giving me options and screen shot options so that there was no misunderstandings. He followed with email when I didn’t reply and wanted to let me know the time sensitivity of the issue. He was super helpful and pleasant.

For a second time, a box has automatically been chosen for me with nothing I would choose. Seasonal customisation is open but as an annual member I am not allowed to choose. I’d rather have my money to choose my own items in the shops if as an annual member I am being assigned the bargain basement castoffs. I have cancelled my subscription.
