HORRIBLE. Charged late for Summer box it’s been 3 weeks nothing- they told me their warehouse was moved nothing is going out until the 9th. People think they are getting this amazing deal half the products are brands I haven’t heard of, has anyone heard of tjmaxx take you $50 there and pick out things you ACTUALLY want. Their customer service is horrible the only customers with raving reviews are the ones who are shipped their boxes 3 month prior to everyone else to promote the company on Facebook or YouTube. Sorry - NOT SORRY

I subscribed and went through the payment process for a sum of $179 only to find over £250 was taken out of my account in two payments. When I contacted them I was informed that if you upgrade to the annual subscription they actually charge you for that months box plus another four boxes but the checkout process apparently doesn't feel the need to tell you this. I didn't notice for about three weeks but in that time nothing had shipped to me so who knows when they were planning to ship it.

This company is amazing. It's Ceo's are women I look up to.

This started out good and progressed to v good with last Falls being the absolute best (Vince Camuto tote) but this last shipment (Summer, 2019) is the worst! The Kimona description states that it fits up to a size 16 -- it does not and it arrived folded in cheap plastic with a hole in the inside pocket! I also received two different facial sprays (do I really need two?), just junk this time around -- another face mask, the same stuff - nothing new.

Avoid this company, it’s very close to bordering on a scam. Not only is all of the advertising across social media a downright lie, lots of complaints and people not receiving the items advertised and very poor quality service. My main issue is they are not clear with how much money they will take and when. There is no option to review your order or final stage in the checkout and the site forces you to pay before you can even access the site. There is also no indication given of how much they will charge for shipping and taxes.

WORST customer service. I kept emailing and calling and my box NEVER arrived. I had to call my credit card company to dispute. DON'T ORDER!!!

This is definitely one company I could NOT recommend. The products are cute but overly misrepresented in MSRP. The customer service is below 1 star. Why? I signed up, customized my box, box arrives and is missing items. I contacted company and response I got was to go to their FORUM and get assistance there. How would that help me? I reached out again and was told that I needed to provide proof of what was missing, when I did (mind you I had the first time around already by sending photos through their site), I was told that at times the boxes sent may not be just as I customize. HUH?! But they sent a card detailing what was in the box and it didn't match! When I asked if replacements could be sent, I essentially had to start over again and explain what was missing --- this is all with the SAME representative. Frustrated, I asked how to cancel my membership. I was told I had to do it myself on their website. Still with the same rep, I asked about being able to get a refund on the box that was shipped because of the missing items and the lack of customer service. I was told that was not possible because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I could not find that policy anywhere on their website and if it there, it's clearly not disclosed readily. Now, I've received two messages from their representative letting me know that for this instance they will refund me my money but only if I return the box/items....at MY expense. That is simply NOT acceptable! Their mistake and I pay for the fix? Not going to happen. They can have their items back. I don't want them. But me pay to ship it back is NOT going to happen. Obviously with all the other reports here regarding their customer service, or rather lack of it, should hopefully keep others from falling into the same predicament I'm now in. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Don't be another one of their victims.

I have been subbing to Fabfitfun for a little over a year now. So far I've loved my boxes (except for the Winter 2018 box because I forgot to customize it due to me having surgery but it was my fault, not theirs). I have discovered products in each box that I've ended up loving and seem to have better luck getting the products I'm hoping for in these boxes than in my Boxycharm boxes (Boxy just sends me what they want and it sucks lol). I have had to contact customer service once because I left $350 worth of add on sale stuff in my cart and was attempting to be charged for it. I had ended up in the hospital and forgot to clear out the stuff I didn't want in my cart before the charge date. Their customer service was able to cancel out the order for me so I didn't have to pay for or receive the products I didn't want, which was awesome. Super happy with my sub so far and I plan on upgrading to annual membership this week 😊
