I was so excited to try this out! I got my first box and it was pretty good, the "editors box". My Spring 2019 box was not good and I reached out to customer service hoping to get some help. I got none. Nt only was the rep AWFUL and unhelpful, she responded so slowly that I finally ended the chat. I was not going to cancel my subscription but I did cancel because of the experience with customer service. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! The products were full sized, yes, but totally cheap!!!

I've only gotten my first box, but so far I love it! 5-7 full size products, great quality items.

Definitely a scam operation...research it for yourself!

They have strong customer service skills. I had two packages stolen from two different companies. (They were delivered to my front door, but i live in a apartment in a building so anyway that go by can take it). I contacted both stores and told them what happened bc i was super excited to get these and i never even had the chance to try out the products. They both told me to contact usps to make sure they got stolen. Alright, usps has the WORST customer service is history. You have to actually wait one hour on the phone in order to talk to a human being (they don’t give you a call back opinion, so you literally have to wait one hour). I had to call usps 3 or 4 times for them to just confirm me both orders got stolen for sure. That’s when i told both companies it was confirmed. The first one only told me that the minute they shipped the products it was really out of their hands. What?? The store doesn’t require a signature upon delivery or chose not to pay for insurance when i was clearly paying for shipping and it’s out of their hands? It was sooo frustrating. Fabfitfan on the other hand, offered immediately to send me the next box for free since I didn’t get the chance to enjoy my fall box. They couldn’t give me the same box because it was out of stock (completely understandable). My point is, they knowledged my frustration and they offered a solution. I very much appreciate their action. The other company lost a customer and fabfitfun gained my trust and loyalty. The winter box hasn’t arrived yet (it’s December 2nd) but i’m sure i’ll be here soon.

Terrible shipping and customer service for such a large company I have received 2 boxes over a month after they were supposed to arrive because of errors on the part of the company. After so many conversations with customer service they don’t do anything for you except offer to credit the next box (which I don’t even want that’s how bad it is). I wasn’t even able to get a refund for a product that was sitting in their warehouse for over a month and was not even shipped out. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. Complete mistake and waste of time

On the Fence The shipping time is really bad and the customer service is horrible! There are a few glitches on the website as well. I was expecting to get the summer fabfitfun box, when I realized that it was already July and it still hasn’t arrived. I was told I wouldn’t be reviewing the box do to a glitch, and instead FabFitFun had charged me for the next fall box. I’m going to give them one more chance but c’mon. And some of the products have nothing to do with what I filled in with the survey. :(

At first the box was worth the value, even with buying it as a Canadian and having to pay the exchange rate. It was still cheaper than some of the Canadian versions, around $65 for many full sized products. You get to choose a few items but the rest are completely random. So random that I don’t think they even look or consider your preference profile. For example I said I hated eyeshadow and I end up getting that option over the other possible one every single time. I’ve rated fitness related items as love it and have yet to receive anything related. I’ve also received quite a few bummer items, but I usually just give them away to friends and family. However, I’ll be cancelling since they now charge taxes - something that can randomly range from 5-15%. They charge taxes on top of having to pay extra for shipping ($10) It also ships much later even though they bill you for it a week in advance. Overall the extra cost Canadians now have to pay for make it more expensive and not worth it. I was willing to receive a few dud items in my packages before but now it’s just too pricy.

Products are old and not worth regifting sadly You also can not return even if you dislike all the items in box very expensive not worth the money very disappointing. I still have 3 boxes out of the $218 spent. I have received two boxes I contacted FabFitFun and they were not responsive the first time I called. I called again today and they confirmed there are no returns. Their response was they hoped to send something better in the summer box. I will review that when I get the summer box. I am only sending this for the women out there that want to spend money with companies that are worth it.
