I have been a FabFitFun subscriber for a few years now and find great value with each box. I love discovering new products I might have hesitated on purchasing in a department or beauty store. The edit sales are also valuable with great discounts. My skin has definitely improved thanks to some of these now-favorite products!

Fibfitfun has to have the one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every “sale” is a joke you either get the wrong products mailed and then of course they can’t send the right ones just a refund because they are no longer in stock even if they didn’t sell out. Then they just refund for products and give no reason or Explanation as to why you were refunded. Then when you contact it takes forever to hear back and normally when you do it’s nothing helpful. When I had a ripped robe in My box photos and all were sent I waited Almost a month after they said they would mail a new one to contact them yet again to find out if it had been sent then four days later no response of course but I get a tracking email. I would recommend looking elsewhere if your wanting makeup ipsy or Boxycharm ipsy has top notch customer service and boxy is pretty close as well FFF is a joke.

Not worth it. I didn’t receive all my items either. Very disappointed but thankful I had a 50% off coupon to try it out. At full price I would have been PO’d.

I had seen other boxes that people had received in the past and was excited to receive my box. People had gotten cute little teapots, nice towels, etc. Like others have said it's a bunch of products I could get at Big Lots. My "big" item was a salt/pepper grinder that I could also get at Big Lots for about $10.00. Thank goodness I had a 50% off offer. If I had paid full price I would of been really angry. The products will most likely go in step daughters stockings for Christmas.

I too received my first fabfitfun box today. Made order on Oct 6th because everything looked so neat in the box. There were no flat irons, Kate spade lunch boxes, scarves, etc because all were sold out so what other choice did I have other than to select Surprise me? There is not one item in this box that I would use. Such a disappointment to me. Anyhow I wish I could say I would be ordering again but I will not. Wish there was something useful in box besides beauty products that I would never use. Wish like a Bluetooth speakers, excercise mat, make up, flat iron and or scarves. But there isn't... Oh well I tried...

To clarify, the only customization option that is no longer available this season is the amika Strand Perfect Ceramic Styler. However, we paired it within the same category as the Anthropologie Yoga Mat and Plush Ultra Soft Fringe Scarf hoping our members could select an alternatively amazing item for their Fall box. I have received 2 boxes now ,Summer and Autumn and was very pleased with both boxes. I had a problem with my summer box being late due to a new warehouse, I found the customer care I received was fantastic , I was given 15% off my next purchase. I find the add on sale and edit sale unbeatable for savings . Look forward to many more boxes.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and was excited to get my order in. After always seeing the “celebrities” they use to promote their product and all of the good stuff they received, I was sure to have that same experience. When I finally got my box I was so disappointed, what a waste of money. The products are things I could have picked up at TJMaxx, nothing special and items that I will never use.

All members get the opportunity to customize some of the products in their box, free with the membership!
