Shipping and customer service is the worst.
So I order my box on the 16th I have not received it yet. Today the delivery status say "delivered on step did not ring bell. So I contacted them and there told me to wait until the 30th they will email. Hmmm so fff took my money right away. But I have to wait. Sounds great. I sat home all day for nothing. Thanks fff!

Hi Anita, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us as we are always looking for ways to improve the member experience. Although the tracking status for your box has changed to delivered, sometimes FedEx marks boxes as delivered, when they are still in transit. Because of this, it is our policy to wait 5 business days from the marked delivery date before reporting an order as lost or stolen.
