Website is terrible. Everytime the clock ticks down to customize your box the company experiences "slowness on our website" ie: it crashes but yet billing never goes down.... then when you do get on to customize everything is gone right away. They try to get you by paying upfront for an annual membership to be a "select" member so you can choose your items but if you decide to cancel guess what you can't get your money back and you are locked in until the end of your membership. Customer service won't work with you they just point out areas to keep stringing you along. If you try to reset your password I hope you have a week to wait because that is how long it will take them to get back to you. Terrible scheme of a company that is just out for your money not "promoting happiness" as their website claims.

Website crashes as soon as the customization of the box is available. It is b.s. the page not says it is doing maintenance and will be up shortly. Pay to much money to be able to customize your box for them to not have a website that doesn't crash when to many people try to do so.

FABFITFUN Style stole almost $200.00 from me. This company is a joke for the Style box. I receive and still receive the seasonal boxes BUT I am no longer receiving the style box due to them taking almost $200.00 without authorization AND I returned the items I didnt want to keep!!! Any returned items you arent supposed to be charged for but yet here I am. Any time you call them, they say "sorry Style doesnt have a phone number but theyll email you when you get in". Ok, first you work in the same office ( the girl I was speaking to when to check several times if an agent was available because I refused to hang up and " Have someone call me back since im at the top of their priority list". Not everyone has $200 to just have taken from their account, that really screws some of us. Im still waiting for a response and probably wont even get one. I even received my package half way cut open ( i still have the photos for proof), and yet here I am being charged for items I sent back ( in a box that was not cut open unlike the one i received in the mail lol). This has been an extremely unpleasant interaction. Im not sure how Fabfitfun is as popular as the are with their terrible business practices.

The products they offer are nice, but the company is just a huge mess. They do not have the ability to fulfill their orders, they keep canceling orders based on the fact they do not have enough inventory. They delay deliveries, and customer support is unable to help with anything. It is sad, because the idea of this women products subscription is so cool, but they just do not know how to function.

Customer service is horrible!!! I got charged three times for 1 box never received. Over $400 in charges from fabfit. I Called, emailed just get the run around super frustrating. No resolution after months. Just going to report to BBB and submit fraud complaint with my bank.

This box was useless compared to the other boxes. There is no way this box is valued at 200 something dollars.

I live in the UK and ordered the Fall 2019 box. When I finally got the box, I was really happy. As it was my first box I got a discount and customised 3 products. I got a Kate Spade lunch box, some Bauble bar earrings which are lovely (a brand we don't get in the UK) and blue & white checkered scarf which is thick & soft so perfect of the colder months! I was also happy with the other random products that came in the box, although it was skincare heavy. Sadly I will not be renewing my membership because of the shipping to the UK! Yodel is their UK courier and they have very bad customer service. My box had a completely different address on to the one given to Yodel by FFF & they refused to release it to me despite sitting in my local depot. The customer service team at FFF were great and sent me out a new box after they were unable to reason with Yodel & I received it pretty quickly! Unfortunately, without the 1st box discount & given that you have to pay a lot for international shipping and currency exchange, I don't think it's worthwhile renewing. If you wanted to treat yourself to one box, I think its worth the risk with shipping. Unless they have a depot in the UK for delivery & free customisation to ensure you get products that you would really like, then I won't be trying it again...

Recieved my first box of Fabfitfun. I was very unhappy about the products sent to me. Poor Quality. Would have been better off going to the dollar store. I got a yoga mat. I don't do yoga. I got detox pads, no scent whatsoever. I got sugar cubes, unimpressed. Body soufflue no scent. Body oil no scent. Earnings and eye pencils and hair therapy. I love bath and body products make you smell nice. Too bad.
