Love FFF, it’s something I do for myself and always look forward to the amazing products!

Who doesn't love fun mail?! I have been a customer for a little over a year and always had a wonderful experience. Albeit the packaging could be a little faster, but its not the end of the world. I'm just impatient. This last box, an item was forgotten. I sent in a request and I was offered a solution quickly. I understand mistakes happen and it means more that the issue was resolved quickly and friendly.

No stars should be given. Once I FINALLY got in touch with customer service over 10 days after arrival of my box. I was to go through and list each item after sending several photos and multiple calls and text to have to list again the items that needed replacing. I sent several photos, the entire box had more than one item that leaked. It was like the box was in a cardboard natural disaster. The items were so poorly packed that the leaked and broken items had soaked through the delivery box. There were only a couple of survivors. In all seriousness, the items were trashed. I asked for a replacement box or a refund and I am getting push back! I have been a customer since 2017. Nonetheless, after this experience I will no longer recommend. The delivery time, the cost, the packing, the quality and the obvious lack of customer service unless you act like a deranged nutter who calls, texts, and basically stalks customer service is just not worth the hassle. I would say I have seen the "red flags" for awhile and now it is time to end this sticky relationship

My wife had the subscription and passed away. I thought I cancelled her account but kept getting boxes. Very painful reminders of loss as those stupid boxes of useless junk were piled all over the house and took quite a while to give all that away. Had to scream at fff several times and wished their execs had their spouses die and have to spend many months dealing with stupid subscriptions to actually cancel and get a refund for the remaining boxes I didn't want and they only refunded a tiny fraction of the year cost the cheap insensitive jerks.

The representative was polite and personable but did not solve my issue with not getting the items I wanted because it took over 2 days to answer complaint. The website would not and still will not sign .e in, it goes to renew the subscription although I had 2 boxes left. It didn't allow me a way to sign in. I wanted a purse but they sold out before I got a way to sign in after 2 emails. Not happy and not willing to renew if I only get my choices for 2 boxes.

Have not received a box yet but great customer service despite the weird AI start. Even if Josh is AI h figured out my problem quickly and I’m impressed

You were attentive to my issue and got it resolved with kindness!

I signed up for an annual membership and received the spring box when I signed up. I barely missed the window for annual members for the summer box since the email notification went to my spam. When I reached out just 7 hours after the window closed the representative basically said, they send an email and post on their website, social media accounts and their calendar the customization timeline, check your spam folder for it. I don’t use social media, the message did go to spam and I don’t check their site regularly. It left me out of luck. From looking online at sneak peeks of the box I’m not too thrilled at what might be in a box I didn’t pick. Cocktail shakers, bottle stoppers, other things like that would be disappointing since I have been having a sober home for quite a bit. Other things like skin care, self tanner, etc only works for some. While I liked the idea of a fun box of things I might normally try…this just isn’t it. The retail value on items is high for what the items are.
