Fast response and Nice

Fab Fit Fun is a great subscription service where you get quality high-end beauty products and lifestyle items at a heavily discounted price. I have been receiving FFF for years and I love all of my boxes. The price for the annual subscription is amazing when you look at the items you are receiving and how often you are receiving them. Try it, you will love it!!

Customer service is by far the best I have experienced. I’m so very grateful to have resolved this matter in a very timely and professional manner. She promptly responded to my email inquiry about some issues with an annual subscription. I was no longer an active member, but because my card was still in the system, a team member was going to charge me for a renewal of my subscription, worth almost $300. Even after repeated correspondence and telling the department , responsible for renewing Subscriptions, that I had not longer been an annual member for quite some time. In the end, everything was taken care of and I was able to get on with my life.

Clay answered my questions thoroughly. I know they were behind on answering emails for about 2 days, but I was told from the beginning it could take about that long before I got a response which I liked. Once Clay got back to me he was efficient and so apologetic for the wait time. He answered my questions immediately. Thank you.

Don’t order from this company if you are based in the uk. They lost my order that contained a large value of add ons. They refunded me for the add ons but don’t seem to understand that when UK based customers pay using UK credit cards that we get charged by our banks for non uk transactions. So I’ve been charged 2 non uk transactions by my bank (1 when I paid, 1 for the refund) totalling £20. Complete joke given that FabFitFun lost my order. They are refusing to compensate me for this, pretending that they don’t understand the problem even though I’ve provided screenshots of the charge on my bank statement. I’ve also still not received my summer box even though I’m and annual member. So glad this is my last box. Avoid at all costs

I love everything about this subscription box! Their are great products, great customer service and it’s fun to get everytime!

They seem to really value their customers! Although, I am really sad they don’t ship our stuff in the fabulous, colorful boxes like they used to. Bring back the awesome boxes FabFitFun!
