I would totally recommend FFF to anyone that is looking into a subscription box service. I love that they're a seasonal subscription service meaning you won't end up with a bunch of the same items that you'll never use. There's a little bit of everything in this box and it's all higher end products. I also love that you can customize your box! It doesn't get any better than this!

Fantastic sub box for women of all types. For 49.99 a month (it was 52.87 for me with tax ) you get a ton of neat stuff. The fact you can pick some items and they even have a swapping for items your not the biggest fan of right on the site is great.

I had a question about FABFITFUN subscriptions, so I got on the chat site. Rico responded right away with a very clear and specific answer. He even went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I was satisfied. Very good experience!

At first i liked receiving the boxes and became an annual member. Recently a couple of my items from past boxes have malfunctioned or broke. FFF did credit my account since the items are no longer in stock. I am not satisfied with the quality of items and have enough beauty products to last for the coming year. I will be cancelling my annual membership.

My only real issue with FabFitFun is that they automatically charge you for what's in your basket during their edit sales. So if I put something in there, forget about it and then the billing date happens, I get charged for it even though I never actually "checked out." This piece seems a little dishonest to me, since I leave things in the basket for almost every website I use. They are upfront that you don't have to formally check out, so the onus is on the shopper not to put anything in there they don't want. At the end of the day, that feature seems dishonest. Otherwise, they're great & have good customer support.
