Awesome products. I get extremely excited everytime I see it has come in the mail. My friends and family get them which is why I wanted to try it out also. I ordered my own and then unfortunately my package got lost or stolen from it being delivered to my house. Fabfitfun is sending me a replacement which is so kind and helpful of them. It was very easy to make the claim and the man through customer service I spoke with was nice and knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Great products and if you won’t use an item gift it! Saves time and money on gifts for your gal pals and family throughout the year! Quarterly fab fit fun box means you’ll always have a gift ready for any holiday, birthday, or just because! You’ll be everyone’s favorite!

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use FabFitFun. They still have a lot of kinks to work out, as far as shopping time frames, customer service training, and just overall how the company is ran. I have found some great products but some of the side businesses that FabFitFun runs are to up to standard. Also, their business practices are a bit shady and many have had to call them out for the misrepresentation of information. Edited: This will be my last box with FabFitFun. I just received my spring box and they have Gina Rodriguez as the feature. She uses language that is derogatory, hurtful, and racist. Yes she has “apologized” but to keep doing it again and again, means you don’t really mean you’re sorry. I would think FabFitFun would’ve known this before allowing her to be a feature to a subscription service that caters to women and men from all walks of life. This is a slap in the face to me, that FabFitFun really doesn’t care about their customers, it’s truly about the dollars and cents at the end of the day.

Have done it for 2 years now and unfortunately it’s getting repetitive and definitely not as fun. I even contacted them about all the same items that were “custom “ and they gave me some explanation that they offer the old ones to new people and bla bla, and somehow I should just be happy they gave extra choices or something. The last two boxes were completely disappointing. I was going to cancel, but missed the deadline so I’ve already been charged my annual fee. I’m going to look into how to get that back though. This one was all beauty products, and straws. I find it hard to buy into the 78 dollar cost for face cream when they probably only pay a small cost for the amount they ship out. It used to be so fun, but now I feel they just gave into the celebrity unveiling and forget that it’s us who actually pay for subscriptions. Not going to be recommending it anymore.

Love the items that were picked. Very stylish and comfortable is important to me. Always get excited each time I get a new box.

I had what was in my opinion a mountain of a problem in regards to my order as soon as I contacted customer service I got the most amazing agent. She immediately listen to everything I had to say and began working just as immediate on the situation and fixed it. She made my day she made everything better. Because of the customer service representation I will always be part of the Fabs.

I LOVE FabFitFun. There were times I’ve had to pass on resubscribing right away, but I ALWAYS find my way back. Every box is like an exciting, pampering adventure and I often times find myself going back and shopping the brands provided in the boxes. (Which make the discount codes handy!) And on the rare occasion something is amiss with a box, (I think in the several years I’ve used FFF, I’ve only had issues twice,) all you have to do is contact their customer service, who get back to you in a timely manner and who you can tell honestly have a heart for what they do. They’ll turn your day around to not only correct whatever may have happened so that you have the best experience possible, but to put a smile on your face. I love it and I see myself always being an annual subscriber with FFF.
