If canceling make sure it's at the last box
I would have probably continued to use FFF in the future, however since I chose to cancel my annual subscription, my last two boxes I was not able to customize which I feel was not right. These are boxes that I paid for just like anyone else. I would not recommend FFF to friends or family.

Hi Marie! If you cancel "upon renewal" you will have access to your account until you have received all the boxes in your membership! This means you definitely can customize your remaining boxes! Feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at fff.me/care so we can fully assist you! Xo
