My experience with Fab
My experience with Fab, Fit Fun was a positive one. I had questions, they were answered clearly and precisely. The young lady who helped me was very professional and gave me her full attention. I appreciate that.

Amazing product and even better customer service!
Very easy and quick to get in touch with customer service. Each rep is extremely helpful and eager to help. Always happy to answer questions or resolve an issue. I’m just about to renew my annual subscription and have nothing but good things to say!

Unauthorized charges
I purchased a 1 time box. Not a yearly subscription. I did enjoy my box, so when I got an e-mail letting me know that the spring box and add on items were available I decided to check them out. I placed a few add on items in my cart so that I could look at them. But then left the site. I never checked out. I never confirmed my purchase or the card I wanted to use. The company automatically checked me out and charged my card with everything in my cart. I found out when I received a confirmation e-mail letting me know my stuff was not only on its way but my card had been charged.
