I had an issue with a seal that was broken on a lip product. I felt uncomfortable using the product because the product had been opened before. I sent pictures. The person I chatted with was so kind, very understanding, and extremely helpful. I love getting my FabFitFun boxes and add ons. They introduce and allow me to try products I wouldn't have normally tried. They make my day every time I get them. This broken seal is the only issue I have had and it was resolved quickly and with little effort on my part. Just one more reason to love this company.

They always have the cutest goodies to introduce us to. I have found many companies that I now love that I would have never known about if it wasn't for FabFitFun. I always enjoy getting my boxes! I rarely have an issue with my order or the ordering process, but if I do have an issue, the staff is super friendly and takes care of my issue right away!

I love Fabfitfun! The concept is really great for busy and working women like myself who do not have the time to even think about ways of pampering myself. I started off as a seasonal for two months then I upgraded to Select this spring. I am glad I did because I got a lot of flashback items that I made me even start the subscription. I had some hiccups, but the customer service has been so great that I feel confident in the service now. Although, I never really been into cosmetics as I get older my interest has peeked in beauty care and to be able to get more than one full size products that all together retail for more than the box is really worth it! Also, I love the FFF community and TV. I feel like you get more bang for your buck without leaving the comfort of your own home.

I love and look forward to my FabFitFun boxes! They always have awesome and in season high end products inside. Additionally, they allow you to chose 3 of your items (5 if you’re an annual paying member) and have sales to add into your box and ones to receive after! I’ve discovered a lot of awesome brands and products because of the boxes and sales. And their customer service is next level amazing. They take your issue and fix it right away. All in all I love FFF and would suggest them for anyone.

LOVE love love FabFitFun!! I love the products & the Customer Service Staff! I just reactivated today & SO SUPER impressed with their new products! They also have a chat function in case you just have a quick question!! They are WONDERFUL!!

I had an issue with a product. Reached out to customer service. Got a response with an hour. Customer service person was friendly and fixed the problem. Great experience!!
