FFF is one of the best Sub boxes you can get

Fun and exciting to see what I get in my box

Great box and extremely helpful customer service team.

I was really looking forward to receiving my Winter Editor’s box as it had plenty of products I would’ve used and loved. It was one where you chose 3 items and for the rest rather than have set products, they said ‘FabFitFun will choose and item you will love!’. Since they make customers fill out a profile with ratings from Hate to Love, you’d think they would use that to decide what the rest of the items in your box will be. Very wrong. They sent me about 4-5 items I specifically said I will not be able to use! Felt like they sent out the secondary, crappy items their US customers would not want or be happy with. When I complained I was told these were set items, so it took me half an hour of photo and video searching and sending to the customer care advisor to make him understand this was not a set item box and I’ve basically been sent a box of stuff I won’t be able to use. They then agreed to let me choose 2 items as a sorry and will dispatch those within 3 weeks. We are now at the end of week 6, and I still haven’t received my replacement items. To top all of this, when I received my dispatch email a few days ago it had incorrect items listed, and when I contacted them they basically said yeah, seems like we sent you the wrong thing, and since we took so long to dispatch this the correct items have now sold out. Seems like they don’t really care about their customers in the UK, even though we are the ones that pay more and wait longer for our boxes. Unless things change or they get a UK warehouse to minimise costs and delays, this is definitely not a box for me or anyone else that’s not in the US.

FabFitFun always answers there phone right away. The girl was very helpful unlike my bank who caused the problem in the first place.I could understand her perfectly.

very useful and nice

My account was upgrade to a premium account without my permission. I’m still battling to get a refund. The company is awful at replying! I just want my £209 back! It’s disgusting they can take money without your permission. I will not be using this website again!
