I had an issue, that unfortunately was our fault because my husband bought a new membership for me and used his email account, so we then had two accounts on file and two credit cards on file and both accounts were being charged and I was receiving double boxes. This Associate figured out what I was saying and checked both accounts and realized what was going on. She then deleted one account and she advised me that I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Thank you to this Associate for taking the time and for looking into this for me. GREAT customer service.

I have had two great experiences with FFF. Both issues were problems with me making choices with customizations or add-on's and FFF resolved both issues in my favor. It was easy to deal with them and I was efficiently taken care of and contacted in a timely manner.

Paid in full for the year to get choices and 1st shipment. Enjoyed my 1st box. Cancelled the automatic renewal and then treated like I wasn’t a customer at all. Felt I had to become one of “those people” Several calls to customer service. They were very nice, but disappointed I had to call them do much to begin with. The company didn’t email me to select my choices, Then, didn’t send my box until I complained. Isn’t that the 2 things I paid upfront to have??? Several items in my box were things I bought in the market. No worth the hassle! Glad to be done forever! Just a “ sorry” didn’t seem to go so far after it was said so many times.
