Contacted online chat support for FabFitFun for an issue with me missing the date for my choice items. Shawn not only helped me by manually putting them in, she also sent me an updated picture list of what I could choose from. She was very efficient and courteous. Honestly, FFF has one of the best customer service teams ever, in my experience with them so far! Thank you!

Hi, anybody ready to start their Fabfitfun journey should read this. I've been a loyal customer for almost two years and I've been an annual member for almost a year now. I love these people and their boxes, it's like Christmas four times a year. The product is big and beautiful. The most recent fall box of mine has taken way too long to get to me, so I say this. If they're still using SmartPost, don't join, I was on the phone half a day and no one could tell me where my box was. I'll cancel if they keep using this. On the other hand, they are a great subscription with some major shipping issues.

Additionally, shipping takes up to 7-10 business days for US members and 9-14 business days for International Members.
