I have been subscribed to fabfitfun for a year now. Their boxes are always amazing and product is always great quality. This time though I had a slighlty defective item. I emailed them about it and within hours I was answered and assured that they will be sending out a replacement. Twice I have had to deal with customer service in a year; both times they addressed my concerns immediately and with very friendly reps.
