They can’t seem to get my email address right. They have 2 down, one is expired & the other one is an email that doesn’t exist. In this day & age you would think they could edit your email address!? I have gone around and around wit this company & I will never buy from them ever again!

Excellent customer service!

Would be a great value if they actually let you know when your next box was going to be sent. I never got an email or an update saying that it was time to be able to make my choice options for the Bal. And now I have a bunch of stuff that I can't use due to allergies. So that's nice. Sent me pumpkin spice stuff when I'm allergic to cinnamon. Also a curling wand but I have short hair. Waste of my money. There's only like 3 things in the box that I can use or that I like and the rest is junk. All because they didn't notify me when their box was open for choosing items.

I contacted FabFitFun to resolve an issue created by FedEx (said that my package was delivered when it was definitely NOT delivered to my home). FedEx had not contacted me as promised and I could not get in touch with anyone at FedEx (believe me, I clocked probably 3 hours of waiting on the phone total and NO answer). I was just trying to see if they had any way of contacting FedEx and instead they are just fixing the problem by replacing the missing items. Wonderful!

I signed back on with the ad that if I sign for a year I can customize 5 items. On August 15 ( when members could get on to customize) I got on the site and was able to pick 5 items from the choices I was given. When I went to check all the choices on my account it said” Surprise Me”. I messaged FFF August 25 on Facebook and told them I wasn’t seeing my choices. They responded ( I have kept all correspondence), that they could see them on their end and I will receive them. You can imagine my shock when none of my choices were in the box and there weren’t any choices from the 5 categories!! I messaged them on Facebook with a copy of the response that they had it all. They first apologized and said they’d make it right and then responded I didn’t sign up for the customization!! So, y’all let me choose 5 choices just to say I didn’t have them?!? Now, they are disregarding what I have from them in writing, and lie to say I was never to get it?!?! Y’all truly have gone downhill as a company, have zero professionalism and ethics!!! I will keep my correspondence of all your lying and make sure no one I know sign on with you! Reply to FabFitFun’s reply below: You guys keep lying online that you will get in touch with me directly! Will continue to tell people my experience as I am against anyone getting scammed like this!!!!

Not thrilled with shipping and the runaround I’ve been getting from FFF on where my box is. Was told their maybe shipping delays of 7-10 days. Well my box was listed as shipped for 2 weeks before it moved anywhere now it have been an additional 12 business days and it has been stuck in the same location for 3 more days. I’ve already canceled my yearly subscription but this is truly infuriating to deal with I am convinced I’m never getting this box. What a waste of time and money. While I have spoken with a member of customer care they did not help or resolve this issue for me so that characterization is inaccurate and this may be an issue for the Better Business Bureau to resolve.

I received a select membership from my parents for my birthday back in July. I have had to reach out to customer service 4x, my mom 2x, since JULY. I've worked in online customer service and warehouse shipping & receiving for 5 years. The way this company seems to handle their customer service is beyond me. I don't want a $10 credit or handout every time you screw up. I literally just want to get what I paid for, or a straight honest answer when I seek help. Not some generic template copy and paste response that a hundred other e-commerce sites use. Which is probably what I'm going to get anyway considering the generic and repetitive responses under these reviews. I understand there are delays, I understand everyone has bad days, but after so many issues I can't not say something. My current issue is that my summer box paid for on 7/4 was never shipped, I was given the run around about stock issues, it finally 'shipped' but now ontrac is saying they haven't received the package. During the wait for my summer box from July, I received my fall box, which was also late and missing items but thats a different issue. Its been 7 days. Whenever this happens at my company, its a warehouse issue. I will 110% be cancelling my membership after I've received my first year of boxes in 2021. The stuff in the boxes and the concept is super fun! But everything else is super unimpressive. There are tons other monthly box companies that have less problems and treat their customers respectfully. Do better.
