I ordered a box, paid for it that day. It never came. Then they refunded me but it didn't post to my account. Then 2 months later, they charged me AGAIN! A charge I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I will not be ordering from fabfitfun ever again.

FFF left out an item. Simon was able to research the package, apologized & informed me that my missing item would be shipped out with in 2 weeks.

I received my box and it was heavily damaged by the post office. The box had been resealed, however there were missing items. FitFabFun replaced the missing items and gave me a $10 credit for the trouble! They overdelivered!

Spoke with Lett. She is a customer service representative. She handled my call better than any customer service representative I've ever dealt with. She is a winner!

He was very nice and explained how it has to go to the company m asked for pictures. He was personable.

I had accidentally clicked confirm to upgrade my account. I called immediately, wait time was less than a minute. My customer service agent Sarah, was wonderful, understanding and assisted me through the process. Super happy!

The FFF customer service is always amazing! It is one of my favorite things about the company. I had a duplicate item shipped to me instead of a different item I had ordered. The customer service rep was very helpful offered to either refund me or ship the item ASAP.
