The customer care team member was extremely helpful. FedEx lost my subscription box and although not all of the items could be replaced and a refund was needed for some of the items my box is being replaced.

I had ordered my first box and was lucky enough to customize the items in my box. However with everything going on there was a mistake and I was sent a box with the wrong items in it. When I addressed my issues they were nothing but healful and are sending me the replacement box with the items I selected! Have only heard good things about this company and the support I talked to was extremely helpful and efficient as well! Not sure if I’m suppose to send back my current box but would be more than happy too I’m just excited to be getting my box and glad to have a company that is so swift to helping when an issue arises

Just received my fall FFF box. What a disappointment. I received a couple of repeats which should not be happening and pretty much non-usable items. And the packaging was crap, pretty much there was no packaging. Everything looked like it was just thrown into the box.
