I can't fault FFF customer service team. They are an incredible bunch of individuals and whenever I have an issue they are so speedy and lovely, I have never had better customer service in my life. Keep it up FFF! Xx

Very helpful Very patient

Second FFF item review. This Glossmetics shaver has a piercing high pitched noise. Sounds defective. Makes one fearful of electrocution. Forget about shaving early morning or evening. Heard other infuencers on You Tube complaining and fearful of the noises. Another CHEAPLY made item in the FALL FFF Box along with the Tote bag with detached lining retail value $128 but real value $10. Also, received GLOW MILK which most people received because it was the cheaper item choice and was obviously a bait and switch. I would like a refund.

Sadly Disappointed! Recieved my first 3 season boxes on time. I (along with many many other customers) have been waiting since end of May for my summer box. Spoke to fff multiple times always with a different excuse as to why it hadn't shipped out yet "but we're processing it". Mid September now still haven't received it but yet they were able to send me the tote bag they were giving me as a sorry for not shipping out my box. Now I've received the tote bag, so why didn't they send it together with the box I paid for?! I did not renew my subscription and probably won't ever until this is resolved. They have more than the means to make this right for people but are just giving the runaround. I'm now happy I didn't sign up for an annual membership for my daughter's birthday like she wanted! UPDATE FOR FFF REPLY: seems I can't reply to your reply, but your customer service person assisted me as in just taking my complaint and telling me you couldn't issue me a refund by cheque as that account was closed, so when I asked for a fall box as a replacement I was told 'sorry, already sold out' when asked what you are going to do to rectify this, no one has gotten back to me on that!

Opened my box's oil was on everything, also cut my finger,he assured me I would get a new box,

I moved from one home to another and my notification to FabFitFun was processed between my move and my fall box being delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered to the old home. I looked online and contacted FedEx who told me I had to contact FabFitFun. I called customer service and spoke to Phil, who rectified my problem in a personal and efficient way immediately! I am thankful for the assistance and the great care FabFitFun does for his customers.

My package got lost in the mail. I had to reach out to customer service at FFF and was very happy with their friendly and efficient service.

I love fabfitfun but this Time around for the fall box made me a little more aggravated due to not receiving my fall box and it being lost somewhere out there it literally took me a month to have someone decide to go ahead and re-issue me another box which in turn caused me not to be able to receive a couple of my items I had ordered due to they were sold out but if someone would have stopped putting me off for a month because every time I contacted them they kept saying give it another week give it another week then I would not have had this issue but I still love fabfitfun they just lost a star because of the situation hopefully when it comes to my next winter box I will not have this issue! Because they do rock they are the best beauty box out there! I would like to add that FabFitFun have done an excellent job on making things right with my orders and I have received my winter box and I am very pleased to say they’ve done an excellent job! Like I’ve said FabFitFun is #1when it comes to beauty boxes!
