My box was lost by FedEx, I sent an email and posted on Twitter, the next day FedEx must have found my box and tracking updated the next day!

Purchased the season pack for my wife for a Christmas gift. She likes it and it is like get Christmas gifts year round. I would have done it again, if not for the fact that email is bombarded with sales and marketing from Fabfitfun. It is nuts. Originally i just kept clicking unsubscribe. Does nothing. I was so frustrated i wrote the company. That is not me. That is not who i am. After i wrote them, the send me another 30 emails asking why and how the my experience with customer service was. Finally, i thought I had it taken care of. No emails for a couple weeks. Then today i get an email, "What do you think? Take this survey". I respond, "delete my email from your database", and i get two more emails from them. Do not, for any reason, give this company your email address, I have received emails from Nigerian princes that were less needy.
