I love FabFitFun. Such great products that are great quality. Customer service was prompt at resolving an error I made. Thank you!!

I had a really good experience with Fab Fit Fun's Customer Care today. I accidentally added an item to my cart during the Edit Sale, knowing full well that I would be charged for it if it was still in there at the end of the sale. Wouldn't you know, I forgot to take it out and woke up to a "thanks for your payment" email this morning. Being in Canada, I get charged a lot of shipping and with the exchange, it ended up being way more than the item itself was worth. I emailed Customer Service, not thinking that they would be able to do anything about it (they make it really clear that all sales are final and no refunds). I was very grateful that they made an exception and refunded me. This might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it made my day. I was refunded immediately. This was my first experience with Fab Fit Fun Customer Service and I'm happy to continue my subscription :)

I have had a couple of billing discrepancies/returns and they resolved the issues or was able to process a return for me. While most other places would not honor this. I think they have great customer service skills not only because they processed a return for me but because of the rep's attitude.

I was away when my box was delivered so I didn't get it. James was able to have another box delivered.

FFF had my credit card for a month and there was a DATA BREACH. They sent a two page data breach letter and I had to literally SEARCH inside of the paragraph on the top of the second page to extract the information to obtain free credit monitoring. Then the Experian site keeps bumping customer enrollment back out to a page telling you to refer to the letter you may have received. I never signed up for monitoring, as a result, as they wanted. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Very vain attempt to assist those effected. I was trying FFF for a bday gift for my 18 yoa until I determined their boxes do not make good gifts because they come out when FFF chooses, not when I choose. The reviews I read continue to say the boxes are filled with mostly leftover replacement goods and not the goods they see advertised or blogged about. Terrible customer service.

Super efficient quick service!
