I had an issue arise regarding a coupon…
I had an issue arise regarding a coupon code. I was trying to sign up for text messages and before I could set up the message to send out, the page closed out and the option to “spin the wheel” was gone. This is my first time ordering from FFF so I wasn’t sure how it would go. Nico helped solve my problem in a timely matter. Super happy with the customer service, and I can’t wait for my box to arrive!!

Inconsistent customer service and 6 week "pending" status
After 6 weeks and multiple conversations about the "pending" deliver status, FFF finally confirmed today that the fall box was not shipped. Disappointing, considering we were told multiple stories by their representatives until finally confirming today that it was lost. This is in spite of the fact that I kept getting emails saying the box had been delivered and asking me to participate in the "bonus" sale.

My spring 2020 box was lost in the…
My spring 2020 box was lost in the mail. My carrier would do nothing to help find it. Months after trying I reached out to FFF & they are replacing this box which I did not expect with a credit to my account. Thank you! Excellent service, really made this mommas day!

Late Return Resolved
I was unable to return my box on time and was charged the full amount. FFF let me know it was no problem and to drop my box in the mail and a credit would be processed upon return.

Don't fall for this scam
After seeing all the ads on Facebook and having my daughter's rave about Fab, Fit, Fun...I gave it a try. Big mistake, HUGE! The New York Botkier bags smell so bad they gave me a headache. I was so excited for this box to arrive only to be completely let down by everything in the box. To top it off, they charged me for an additional product that I did not order and, big surprise, the product isn't even in the box. I will never fall for this box again. Buyer beware, they have zero customer service and all sales final policy.

All members, both Seasonal and Annual, have the opportunity to customize some of the items in their box during the designated window, to receive a variety of items that align with their interest! Please be sure to fill out our box item product survey this season so we can get your in-depth feedback. In addition, the extra item was purchased during our Fall Edit Sale. As we noted on the site, FAQ, and email notifications, there is no checkout necessary for our Edit Sales. Any items that were in your cart when the sale closed were automatically billed on the scheduled billing date. Furthermore, items purchased in Edit Sales are usually shipped within two weeks of successful billing and shipped separately from the subscription boxes.

Fab Fit Fun is totally worth it
Fab Fit Fun is totally worth it! They give amazing products for such a small price tag, the package that you will get cost way more than what you paid for! It is legit!

Seasonal boxes good- edit/add on sales not so much
I’ve been burned one too many times by their add on and edit sales. Their seasonal boxes are great- but do not expect to actually receive anything you order from one of their sales. I’m currently at week 7 of waiting on an item from the August Add On 𝐒ale finding out my item is “lost in transit”. Never mind this is the 3rd time I’ve done a chat- being assured the item is on its way. No- instead my refund will be. In 5 business days.
