FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

FabFitFun has been the best subscription service I’ve ever gotten. The select member customization option, and remarkable customer service, is what sets them apart from other subscription services. Their add-on shop is always full of incredible products, in addition to their amazing seasonal boxes. I’ve loved this company and the products I receive for YEARS, now. And have tried other subscription boxes as well. However, I always cancel the other subscriptions because it’s not as high quality.

Love love love my FFF boxes! You can't go wrong, a great price for quality items! Try it out and you will be hooked.

I made a mistake on my items first choice because this was my first time making a box. I was about to just cancel the order when the customer service phone number was very visible so i called and heather answered and understood my concerns and looked up my order, made the necessary changes to correct my error and I was so happy I can’t wait to get my first box!

I had a few issues(of my own doing☺️), that we’re quickly resolved by Jigz. Very helpful and patient with me...I’m quite impressed and thankful for outcome

I had my first issue ever with a FabFitFun item and it was my first time purchasing any clothing items. The gorgeous cardigan I bought, sadly, had a hole in it. Although, the item couldn’t be replaced, Rain took care of the situation as best she could. She was super professional and polite.

Very excellent service. Nice employees. Great at clarifying and helping. The overall experience was perfect.

Rue was very sweet and professional and very knowledgeable and solved my issue

Valeri was very helpful. I'm so happy with the customer service provided.
