Shipping is the issue Pitney Bowes has kidnapped my package. It has been sitting 40 miles away in Maryland for at least 5 days. I live in the dc metro area and my sister in Arkansas received her box over a week ago. This is poor planing and poor management. Do not bid for a job if you can’t do it. Did you even read the review!!! The robot answer does not apply. It left the warehouse 3 weeks ago. It is just sitting in maryland for the past 5 days. Original date was to be delivered on nov 18. 10 days ago!!!!!

So this is my first time ordering a box and somehow the form put in my old address. Well, I called and they were so helpful and fixed my address immediately so that when my box ships, it won't go to the wrong address. Shelby was so knowledgeable, helpful, and had a pleasant personality. I can't wait to get my first box sub.

You customer service agent was excellent. My problem has more to do with the format. For one thing, the chat box is difficult to find. I had to search the website for quite some time to find it to chat immediately. When in the chat it was difficult to learn how to send messages. A send button would be way easier than hitting the return key to send. Just took a while to learn how to use it. I also accidentally backed out of the chat then was unable to find it again to thank the agent for her assistance. An upgrade to your customer service live chat would really be worth your while. In response to your reply, the FAQ page actually took me to a page to email fff. I clicked on that and did everything I was prompted to do, because it said I was being routed to the live chat, but I wasn’t. The only thing that took me to live chat was the bubble on some pages. But it took time to find a page where the bubble popped up.

Incredible service that I know was with a smile even though it was be a chat. In a very rare instant in all my years with his company I was very dissatisfied with the quality of one of the items I received and when I mentioned that to Janica, whom I had originally only contacted to inquire about a couple of other items that were missing from my order (no issues there drop ship items I was told would come separately at a later date), she readily offered to replace the item from another lovely selection of goodies that would please me better. Ace service!

My nieces really like the products and since I just recently upgraded to a yearly membership I am able to choose products for them called customization. I had a question and needed to change the delivery address. The live chat was quick and easy to resolve my change of address and answer my question. FFF does offer high quality unique products but I do think their prices are high if you are purchasing separate items. Given that they use workers from the Philippines who are suffering from massive Typhoons and have horrible commutes of several hours in the capital city. Most consumers of FFF do not know where or who the employees from companies are or their struggles. I think FFF could be a leader in the global community to provide a living wage for employees in developing countries. Filipinos are highly educated in English and technology so are often used in customer service for global companies. WE can do better globally ! I would feel better knowing if they are taking care of employees everywhere !

This box I signed up for a free months ago was not suppose to be a subscription said it was a one tone box because I didn’t want the subscription! Well wouldn’t you know it they just debited my account! So for one I didn’t feel like the box was worth the amount charged anyways but if you do decide to try this box make sure you don’t let them fool you into thinking it not actually a subscription until you realize your money’s taken!! I wouldn’t even risk it by trying it because there’s many more boxes that are more honest better goods and much better price!! Just sharing my experience bewarethey will get you!!!!

FabFitFun has always resolved my issues with the lack of knowledge of the way it works. Excellent service with the live chats!
