I followed instructions on how to send gifts, the boxes defaulted to my billing addresses, these boxes were gifts and were to go out of state. It's difficult to get a live person.

I have not been happy with last 2 boxes that arrived even with me picking the items. Obviously the add on tv shows someone opening box with every single thing that can be ordered. My winter box came with just the items thrown in a box no packing materials at all. I’ve been a member for 2 years and choices are not the same as my first year. My first couple boxes started of at over $300 in value. Now they are down to $200 with a higher yearly subscription. I cancelled mine. I’m going to miss the excitement of opening the box every season but it’s just not the same. I do understand with Covid things change but it shouldn’t with the contents.

My Winter box was sent out mid November and has been stuck at a facility since the end of November; I knew that I had to wait for it to be missing for a month before contacting customer service. I was helped and a replacement box will be sent out.

Have not received my add in purchase from September. I received the Kate spade lunch box in a timely manor, however it has been months since i have ordered the auxiliary /charger splitter and would like my money back. This is the third or fourth time i am trying to contact the company about this particular issue with no response. I still have not received my box this month and am wondering if i should repot it as stolen, gabba gabba is a a scam and please discontinue their products from your service. We are not all 50+ women and we expect accountability.

Absolutely NOT worth it! Total rip off! They charge $50 per box, false advertising about it being worth $200. My winter box was two items and a bunch of worthless samples! Never again....

I received my first FabFitFun box and was SO excited. Turned out to only have 4 items, no packing slip and it wasn’t even sealed.. so that was really sketch to me so I hope future ones are. I emailed right away because i saw I only had 10 days to complain, which I hate doing but I was so disappointed! When I got an email back, she was super helpful and offered a solution right away. I hope it all works out!

Shipping always delayed, even as a select member for 2 years. The last 2 Christmas I had to go purchase more gifts because my box didn't arrive. My shipments were the first week of November and I never got last years until January and this years still hasn't arrived. I will not be renewing or sending starter packs to friends.
