I guess some people may think their winter box was awesome. I wasn’t impressed. I thought joining would be worth the cost. If I divided my annual amount by 4, this first shipment wasn’t worth it. I should have bought in on a different plan. Since there is a “no refund” policy, I sure hope the next 3 boxes are worth it. Also, it took almost 3 weeks to receive my box. That may be out of FFF control, but added to the disappointment in joining.

Fabfitfun is using a private postal service that is causing delays in receiving our boxes. It is out of the USPS's hand until it reaches their system. My box has sat in a container for weeks. I have contacted Fabfitfun several times with a standard response. Drake finally assisted me in getting a new box. I will not receive it in time for Christmas. I canceled my subscription with Fabfitfun. I am not happy with them for putting profit over service. Without their customers they have no profit. I would not recommend them. I would highly recommend Drake for any position he applied for. Grateful for his service.

I usually love my FFF box, like literally, I love the box itself! But this month was nothing like it normally is. It was so loose and poorly constructed, I'm not sure something didnt fall out in transit. Usually packing is done beautifully and presented so thoughtfully, but not this month - everything chucked in, a lame piece of brown paper to cushion, very disappointing. If this is where the quality is headed count me out. Clearly someone was working in cutting production costs but forgot to preserve the experience your customers are here to receive.

I’ve been pleased with FFF on all levels.

I was delivered a 2nd box of fff. Didnt know why. I didn't want to be charged for it. Customer service reached out to me an explained why..not that i was complaining about it..And the situation was resolved..i got to keep box because all sales are final..ty fff

Echo was efficient and friendly as he resolved my issue. I have always had great experiences with the staff at FFF!

I've only had a few issues with the products or delivery and each time it was an easy process to correct the issue. I'm very pleased with this service. Love opening each box and the value is terrific!

I’m disappointed in the sign up process to receive a box. You have to enter your shipping zip code (but not the full address) on the billing page (credit card is charged!) and CANNOT fix it when entering the shipping address on the next screen. You are unable to access your account in any way until you complete a shipping address with the code error. I sent an email with the error and requesting support. And because of the long wait times for support, I received a message from them bugging me for the shipping address BEFORE I had my issue resolved. While they eventually handled the error and refunded me and cancelled my subscription without fuss, the experience left me feeling distrustful.
