I have been waiting patiently over a month for my box to ship, understanding that there are delays due to Christmas and covid. I finally contacted customer service to see what the status of my box. That is when I was told that some of the items I had purchased were not available. So fabfitfun didn't contact me letting me know my items weren't in stock, and if I hadn't contacted them my box would not have shipped out. Then I'm the one that had to catch with customer service that the item that wasn't in stock had used my credit that was given to me by fabfitfun when the emails were compromised. So if I wouldn't have caught that my credit would just have disappeared all due to errors on fabfitfun and not reaching out and contacting me. Overall, the Box can have some great deals but oftentimes are dealing with a lot of problems with the business and even if there are some items you choose you might not even get them.

I love FabFitFun so much that I started my mom on the boxes as well.

Caesar was awesome! I had a great experience after moving and not receiving my fall box Caesar was able to issue me a credit towards my next winter box with no prob! Thanks again Caesar & FFF

I received notice I would get my box by the 6th. I didn’t receive it so I called and was told it would be there the next week and given a $15 credit. Well the next week came and left and still don’t have my box. Was promised if I didn’t have it by the 21st to call back and they would reissue a new box and expedite it for Christmas. Well, not happening, have to wait at least two more weeks. Plus now two of my add ones are sold out! They gave me $42 back but that doesn’t help me. I know have to try and figure out Christmas gifts that were already accounted for. I am very disappointed and frustrated!!!! I appreciate your fast response. However, I don’t feel that Covid is something new anymore and y’all know when the holidays are coming every year. When I placed my order it said guaranteed by Christmas, otherwise I wouldn’t have done the add on’s I did. I was counting on them as presents. And when I do my math correctly and my package was supposed to be here no later than the 6th. You stated I should allow up to an extra 10 days. Well, I did, and then another 5 days after that! So that totals me waiting an extra 15 days on top of it already being late. And yes, they placed another order for me because as your words were “despite it may still arrive in time” that is absolutely unacceptable! So, I feel like you are telling me I should wait until Christmas to see if the package arrives. Oh and then if it doesn’t I should just tell my daughters to not worry about their presents Christmas morning, they will get them whenever FabFit and Fun delivers it! That sounds like a great idea in my book!

I have been a FFF lover for several years. This winter, my seasonal box and add-ons were lost in shipping. I contacted their help center with the concern and Jack responded. Jack and I exchanged a few messages regarding my lost box. Every time, he was very attentive, very efficient with resolve, very courteous, and informative. I received a package I was not expecting. Customer service addressed and resolved the issue in one call! I love being a FabFitFun customer. I am probably older than your target market, but I don't care. I enjoy what I receive, and some items have made be a customer of their companies!

I have not received my fabfitfun box and it said it had been delivered. They set up a replacement with no problems and since it is my first box I was concerned I may have made a mistake signing up. But it was resolved and quickly so I am happy to stay with the program
