Whenever I have had an issue it is always resolved quickly and without any fuss. Great customer service. The products on offer are amazing and I love all of them. It’s such great value.

When I first started subscribing to FabFitFun, it was great! The boxes shipped on time and there were no shipping problems. ..Then came the deal with their new shipper in December 2020. I waited from December 1 until December 30th to receive my box. If I had taken that long to pay for my purchases, they would have cancelled my membership immediately. When I have contacted FFF about my problem, they wanted to place the blame on everyone but themselves. My membership renews in the fall of 2021, I am thinking about not renewing.

Since Covid it seems like companies and people have used it as an excuse to not have to do their jobs properly and has made it almost impossible to get resolutions. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since Covid started and I’m super grateful that at least fabfitfun is still on their game taking care of their customers. Thank you!!!! 😊
