I was late receiving my winter box, so I wrote to the company. They quickly issued me a second box because the first one seemed to have been lost. Well, I ended up recieving both boxes after all. I emailed them again, and they said because I was a loyal and honest customer, I could keep BOTH boxes! Way to go FabFitFun... THAT'S how you keep your customers happy and coming back for more!!

My mother ordered me the box for Christmas but messed up with the initial preference settings so I received a box with items I really enjoyed but not what I would have chosen. The lady we spoke with when relaying the message was so nice and let me keep the items that were shipped but also let me choose 5 custom items. They really went the extra mile to make sure I received the exact items I wanted!

I hadnt recieved my winter 2020 box and Cherrie from customer service went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issue. She did everything she told me. Not 1 complaint about her. She gets gold stars from me all around. Very very nice customer service rep to talk to. Wish every customer service could have more people like her.

This is so disappointing. It's no where near what it looked like on site not is it remotely worth the same..I feel misled and scammed . Not worth the wait or the import charges

I ordered an add-on eye pencil from Fab Fit Fun and they were not able to fulfill the order. I really was looking forward to getting the item and was disappointed when it didn’t come. I emailed them and they got back to me immediately and gave me a credit toward my next add o and credited my original payment back to me. They took my concern seriously and I appreciated that.
