I'm a relatively new member of FFF (this is my third box) but I already feel like a long standing member of the family. The boxes are the highlights of my seasons - it's like FFF can read my mind! I have used every item I've received, and have gotten compliments on many of them. I cannot recommend FFF enough!

The boxes themselves are pretty good with an interesting selection of products however customers outside of the US are restricted from choosing certain items which is disappointing. Sales are a bit hit & miss - some items turn out to be fab at a great price but other times I’ve had expired items which is just not acceptable. Customer Service seem pretty good at resolving issues but having expired items is a big no no in the first place.

FFF representative was wonderful to work with. She was quick and clear with her responses. I have already received my tracking information for the replacement. FFF has one of the best customer service system and employees I have had the pleasure of working with to resolve issues.

Somehow while customizing my box, an item I didn't want, got selected. Then the item I wanted was marked as an additional $15. Not realizing this till I got the email for my receipt. I immediately called and spoke with Alexa from CS and she was helpful and fixed the mix-up.
