Would rate 0 if I could. Have been subscribing for about a year and a half now and it was nice getting a little surprise once a season but the company has gone downhill fast. I received a box today and I got a lash curler, chapstick, combs and a candle without a wick. The price value for the box is incredibly inflated and I wouldn't spend $15 on the products I received at a drug store. If the price value of the box doesn't dissuade you, they also had a massive data breach and all their customer's info and credit card numbers were released. Just don't use their service

Jack took care of getting back but I’m worried if I wait till the 10th to get back to you, I won’t get my stuff I chose in my box! It shows it has been in Indiana since the 27th of August! I’m not happy with your shipping methods! It’s always later than everyone else’s box!

I absolutely love my fabfitfun boxes. Having somewhat of a say in what I get it awesome. I have found so many new products I now use regularly that I would have never tried otherwise due to some of them being pricy. Customer service is top notch. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been with FFF for a couple years now and have only had to reach out a couple times. Every time my issue was addressed quickly and professionally. It’s very appropriated!

I recently had a great experience with FFF. I was legitimately (yes people, for real) unaware that I had signed up for recurring membership with FFF. They were kind and understand and PROMPT with reversing the charge and cancelling my membership. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back and renew (when I have the money to do so!). Thank you again!

What kind of company doesn't do returns, especially on unopened merchandise? A company who doesn't stand behind their products. I got a coupon to get a box. Didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. That's what i thought the annual box was. Cancelled my daughters subscription as well. Too expensive for mediocre products. Will not be using this again. Ipsy was cheaper and way more fun to use. Update to response: It's true, I did have someone help me get this crap cancelled. But they still wouldn't give me a refund for the unopened, unused products.

Horrible customer service for a complete screw up on Fab Fit Funs part. I think they send me someone elses box, non of the items in the box were my selection, and when I reached out to give them an opportunity to fix it, I got nothing but push back and an argumentative "customer service rep" named Noah. If you get him when you attempt to chat into CS, just close out and start over. He will be nothing but a complete waste of your time and leave you angry and frustrated without any resolve. I had to ask for his supervisor 3 times, before I was finally able to get someone with some actual cs skills. She did the best she could, but still managed to send me incorrect "correction" items. Oiy!!!!! FFF get it together!!! :(

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I signed up I wanted the annual membership, I accidentally selected seasonal (one box). Instantly I “upgraded” my membership and was charged for both annual and seasonal. I can see the confusion on their end. However, I contacted customer service asking for them to reverse the charge for the seasonal box as I want to be an annual member and continue to be one (and it was a mistake in selecting). I got a response telling me I’ll just get 5 boxes. Well I explained I don’t want 5 boxes, I will renew when it is time for my new annual subscription. I haven’t heard from anyone since and it’s been over a month. HORRIBLE. I will be cancelling immediately. I was willing to be a long time customer but there is no support or understanding - seems like all they care about is money.
