Refund I click on something that I didn’t need and I got it solved fast

I have been picking my items and I don't end up getting them. I paid for the special vip subscription and I still have yet to get the items I want when my box comes.

I haven't received my box yet..my mom and sisters have been subscribers for a while and I have other subscription boxes so I finally put one on hold and got this one..I think they have amazing customer service and that's a very high priority for me..I look forward to my fall box.. stay tuned

loved getting my boxes with surprises inside. Most things i did not use or didnt have the use to them but some were really awesome and use them quite often. if the cost of the box was not too high for my budget i would have extended my subscription. but can not do it any more. but enjoyed every bit of it. awesome people

I love everything about FabFitFun!! I love the anticipation each season, the customizations, the variety of items you get to choose from, the quality of items, the customer support...EVERYTHING!! I also enjoy the different sales offered throughout the year, although I have to be careful because its so easy to find items I want!! whenever I've had any kind of issue the customer support team has always been polite, respectful and helpful, but the best part is when that box shows up on your front step. It's like Christmas morning!! And its very affordable. I get to try full size products that I would normally not be able to afford. And I especially like the lifestyle items for the home. there is something for everyone! I hope this review helps someone deciding to sign up - JUST DO IT!! you won't be sorry.

Was shorted 2 items in my fall FFF box. Jazz was extremely quick to resolve The issue and the missing items were immediately shipped. Thanks for the quick resolution.

The Fallbox was my favorite to date. I loved every item I received.

After seeing what a few social influencers were sharing, I thought I would give the box a try. That was two full years ago, and I continue to LOVE THEM! I’ve received some great new products, as well as some products I already used. I keep trying to figure out how they can include what they do, for the price I pay. If you’re hesitant, don’t be!!! Go for it!
