I put an order in awhile back and wanted to check on it. I used their live chat option but we unfortunately got disconnected. Zed, the Customer Care Specialist, emailed me all the answers and even gave me a credit to my account for being patient. I Love FabFitFun! I am a young widow and I buy myself things from FabFitFun as a pick me up and to remind myself I’m worth it.

Received a broken item, the one item I ordered the box for and was told I could return the box and pay for shipping. Or receive 50% refund. What a joke. Will never order from this company again.

I received an email inviting me to look and renew my subscription. I clicked on the email and it took me directly to the site I logged in and started looking around and shopping the site site. All of a sudden I receive an email while I'm on FFF that I made a purchase!!! and now I'm all of a sudden renewed for the subscription Box?!. That was very shady and sneaky of them too automatically renew without confirming. I was literally still scrolling on the site when I received an email that I had made a purchase. So buyers beware. I'm sure they have great things but I personally do not want to be a part of a company That handles things that way. Had they not had conducted business this way... I might have signed up on my own because like I stated in the beginning they do have a couple of great things which which is the reason for my 2 stars.

FFF has a variety of items to chose from. I had some items that were not in my box and they took care of my issue quickly and went above and beyond customer service. I love my FFF box!!
