I was wondering about an annual subscription for my 2 daughters for Christmas. Shenn with customer service answered it and gave the link to make it so much easier for me. I love FabFitFun and my daughters are so excited to get the box this year for Christmas. Its like getting awesome gifts 4 times a year. It is definitely worth more than what you pay for it.

I love the box. I never "customize" because I look forward to the surprise :) The only issue I have is the shipping. It takes over 20 days for the package to arrive. Pony Express would be faster.

You guys are awesome. You always get back to me, with answers. I was having trouble with my Visa payment, and instead of just cutting me off, you waited until I sorted it out. I will get my box, which I love, and the added items now!!! Thank you so much

I received fabfitfun as a gift for Christmas 2020, here it is almost a year later and they charged my account! First of all how did they get my banking info if I wasn't the one how originally purchased the subscription? I'm pretty sure the charged my account earlier this year for a very small amount. So small it wasn't worth the headache to try to get a refund. But they charged my account for almost $80! I can't let that go unnoticed.

Overall I like FabFitFun, but the fact that they use OnTrac as their shipping/delivery service which has a 1 star rating and is known for stealing packages I have 2 take 2 stars off. Update: FabFitFun has the same customer support as Ontrac. You can't reach them by phone and the last chat I did with them the woman was unhelpful and then she just left the chat. She did not follow through with what the Customer service rep from last week said would happen. Went from 4 stars to 1 star now.

They send you a box with no active membership and they won’t refund your money.

I recently received my winter box, I was surprised because I couldn't remember choosing anything for this box. As soon as I opened it I realized that was because I hadn't chosen anything and looking back I'd never received the email notification telling me customization was open. I don't drink and was disappointed to get the drink shaker and wine opener. I'd been thinking about ending my subscription and this confirmed it.

Received a gift card for $200 as a Christmas present. They require a membership and credit card on file in order to redeem the gift card. There are no options for a one time purchase. Therefore the $200 will be wasted as I don't want to enroll in their membership. I can't even give this away as it feels wrong to make someone sign up for a membership and have a credit card on file as a "gift". Pretty poor offerings all the way around!
