I missed the deadline for customization. I was so heartbroken, as I love forward to these boxes. I called and they graciously allowed me to customize over the phone. I love this box and this company. Thanks so much.

I always get an answer back never takes more then 3 days. The last question and concerns I had were all taken care of in one email and was so happy to hear all the concerns I had asked were fulfilled promptly. Was the best yet email thank you all HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Due to a technical error, I was not able to make my selections for my winter box. While the items I received were nice, they were not what I would've chosen. I reached out to customer care and Zam was quick to look into my concern, confirmed there was a technical issue and allowed me to make some selections for replacement items. I was very impressed by the level of service I received as it's not common these days. Thank you Zam - you truly made my day!

I really love my boxes and and you have a fabulous team. You have great CSR's, however they don't always have the correct or same information and it is frustrating.They will fix any issues quickly and efficiently, but if you ask the same question to 5 different CSR you have chances that you will get 3 different answers. I do understand that situations can evolve quickly, I would rather be answered, I will verify or we currently do not have this answer than receiving the wrong information. This is the reason I gave you a 4. I would suggest that when you receive the same question several times, that you could post it on the community. This way you will probably receive less questions and we will receive all the same answers .

An item was left out of my box. It was actually substituted for a different item. The rep made sure that I will get the actual item that I ordered.
