I forgot to add a promo code for a free gift item, I used the chat agent and asked the agent to add and redeem it for me even though I had just submitted the order. She confirmed I was eligible and that she added it for me. Easy to resolve and made my purchase much more enjoyable.

I asked for help customizing my box after the close of customization, because there had been a death in my family and I was travelling to attend the memorial service during the customization period. Nathan was very helpful, understanding and accomodating and I therefore was able to customize most of the box, though a few items were sold out.

FabFitFun is one of my favorite boxes. I love the customizations. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because I would prefer text communication vs email to know when customizations are open.

I was locked out of my account so I contacted costumer service and they got back to me in a timely fashion. Explained the steps I needed to do clearly and efficiently so that I could reset my account. Then enjoy all the amazing things FabFitFun has to offer :)

i had an extra thing in my cart that while fun and everything i had already picked that same item for my box and i didn’t need a second one and she spent for ever with me fixing the issue so she is great

The worst customer service I’ve encountered, with any company, in several years. I opened and closed my acct within 2 min, 5 days later receive shipping info on a box I did not order. Took 7 emails back and forth before it was finally resolved. I will not ever reopen my acct with FFF again. They wanted to charge me to ship the box back to them, after their mistake in shipping a box from an acct that was cancelled within 2 min of opening. The only way I’ve seen to see what’s in a box is to open your acct. I wasn’t interested in any of the offerings so I immediately cancelled. I showed proof of my cancellation email, and they continued to insist I had ordered and they would not remove the charge. On the 7th email I finally was told they would remove the charge, I would not need to return at MY OWN expense, and I could keep the box. I would happily return, as I don’t care for the contents, however it should be at their expense not mine. It was a very frustrating experience. Thank you to Kim in the Philippines for resolving this in a customer conscious way.
