I’ve had to reach out to Customer Service a couple times and the response has always been immediate and so accommodating. My tiny issues were addressed and fixed up right away, and in the friendliest manner. Love you FFF!

Duplicate billing. Refusal to refund for 2 memberships and only willing to combine them to extend the membership despite my cancellation. You can cancel at anytime but you will not be refunded. You will not get your money back from this company EVER, no exceptions. Be wise and understand this.

Alvin messed up my order and I didn’t receive any add on items that I wanted. He didn’t follow my instructions and that ended up with me canceling my further subscription of FFF. However I could retrieve part of my lost promotional credits with help of Nathan
