I have had a great experience with Fab fit fun. They have gave me honest opinions on things that I needed or wanted they also help me on how to upgrade my box and they just gave me great customer service I am overwhelmed with how great they did.

see the problem is your agents have a very little empowerment to help a vendor of yours, I am asking to rectify this part to make my FabFitFun excellent

I absolutely love Fabfitfun! I've been a member for more than a few years now and I have loved every box. They have amazing CSRs too (customer service representatives) any time I've had an issue which hasn't been very often whether it be an issue with a product or issue with the box being delivered they have always done their very best to fix it. The only on-going issue that I have is when they use Pitney or DHL as their delivery service. Those two delivery services are unreliable. I've had boxes disappear from their possession on at least 2 different occasions but after talking to FFF representatives they have always made it right.

I enjoy being able to choose and receive the different items from FFF in my seasonal boxes. They also do a nice job having a variety of sales in between the box windows.

The young gentleman that helped me with my mistake took care of it and did not rush to get done, took his time and that means the world to me. Please thank him for me.

I have a severe nut allergy and got an item with nuts in it. I contacted support and they were able to help me, and resolve the issue immediately! Definitely amazing customer service

I've been a FFF seasonal member for years. I've never had an issue with items in the box, and I RARELY leave reviews. In my last box, I got fun little brain teaser/game books. A few days later, my stepmom had a stroke. I brought her those books after a few weeks, and we all laughed until we cried! I googled the name and couldn't find any, so reached out to support to try to get more information. The FFF team sent me more books, free of charge, as a gift! That is so meaningful to my family in this hard time and I appreciate the quick response time. :)

I am a new subscriber and my discount code was not applied during checkout. Customer Service put it right straight away. The website is so easy to use and the products look amazing. I can’t wait to receive my first box!
