FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I'm so pleased with my Fab Fit Fun boxes. I have been lucky enough to receive all the things I picked. I recently had a conversation with Tessa and she was great she had all the answers and was to kind. Great job. I truly enjoy my boxes it's nice to get something fun and unexpected in the mail. Thank you for listening.

I ordered a summer box with all the extras and adding products .Waited and tracked it’s progress. Look for the progress this morning to say that it’s been sent out . The progress showed nothing . Contacted customer service and I am not getting a summer box or any of the extra items I ordered . They totally dropped the ball on this one. Found this to be unacceptable and very disappointing

Had bottles of products that came open in transport and makes a mess/ loss of product. The problem was addressed and was given a solution. FFF has always been a good company, with quality products. Great customer service!

I loved my fabfitfun subscription initially, but the quality of products has drastically gone downhill in the past two years. The main problems being the majority of the customization options are out of stock and then the rest are an extra $15 on top of the box price. Not much of an option to me.....And now the items offered are lackluster like towels, glass jars, and woven baskets.

Was able to resolve issue within 7 minutes. Kobe was very professional and friendly at the same time.

Would have like to speak with someone over the phone to explain the situation and come to an understanding, email was ok but I think I was dealing with 2-4 people

Really good box!! Tons of amazing products to choose from. Discounted price on products in the shop and sales. Only box I still subscribe to.

I just love my box, I mean boxes! So much choice and I love getting to try new products and the FFF community!
