When I opened my Summer FabFitFun box I discovered that the items inside were not the ones I had ordered. I contacted the FabFitFun team and they were great! They responded to my inquiries quickly and with accurate information, and were able to provide me with updates as to the location of my box. Everything arrived safe and sound, and the FabFitFun team made me feel heard and valued. They turned a potentially disastrous experience into an opportunity for excellent customer service. Thank you!

I am so impressed with FabFitFun! I have an annual membership and it is so fun getting a box of amazing goodies four times a year. I love the products in the boxes. Sometimes I keep for myself, sometimes I gift them. And to top it all off, they have the best, easiest to work with, quick and personable customer service.
