Express Passport was great. I got my passport within 24 hours - delivered to my house on Saturday

Express passport was so very unhelpful. Anytime I would call my agent ((name)) she would NEVER answer. I called and emailed her multiple times for 2 weeks for questions and I never received a answer for. It got to the point where I was calling the main line, but all they would do is put me through to her or hang up on me. I ended up missing my trip and almost lost my job due to their horrible communication. I wish I could give them 0 stars- that is what they deserve!! DO NOT USE EXPRESS PASSPORT.

I paid for a contract for this company to expedite my new passport in a given amount of time. There was almost no communication from them regarding the timing and receipt of my materials. The passport was NOT given to me on the requested time and I had to cancel a flight. They customer service was practically non-existent. I asked for compensation for their late delivery of my passport which due to their negligence, and I was ignored entirely. This was incredibly frustrating, these people clearly don't care about their business or customers rights. I would have gladly paid double if they had gotten my passport to me in time, instead it didn't arrive at the specified date and I had to spend way more money to rejigger my flights and missed business meetings. They should be shut down.

I was scheduled to travel abroad in 4 days and realized my passport was expired. With no appointments to be had, a Google search led me to Express Passport who came through in 3 days. Wonderful service with great customer care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the same situation. Once you pay the fee online you get a personal call and email with explicit instructions. Thank you Express Passport!!!

I was very impressed with their service. I continued to call numerous times because I needed to be reassured that I was submitting the correct paperwork. They were always helpful and patient with my questions. My passports arrived on time....what a relief. Thanks to them, myself and my two daughters were able to travel abroad.

I wanted to take my wife on a birthday get away to Cancun. There was one problem, no passports! Everyone I talked to said that I had waited too long and wouldn't be able to take the trip because I would need 6 to 8 weeks processing time. Well, that's when Express Passport came to the rescue. Not only did they help me get our passports on time, within 1/2 of the prescribed time their level of professionalism was top rate. My wife and I really appreciate your help.

I used Express Passport with just a few days left before leaving the country and I used their 24 hour service. After comparing prices, they were affordable for the services I desperately needed and every time I called, I talked to my personal agent (Melissa) who seemed to care about my situation just as much as I did. They did a great job of explaining and then double and triple checking that I had everything in order to receive my passport with the 24-hour service. They provided the necessary paperwork and checklists that relieved so much stress and I felt 100% comfortable leaving everything in their hands after the great customer service I experienced. I received my passport exactly when they said I would and everything went off without a hitch.
