I did not get tracking info until after Fed X delivered the passport. Also, I didn't have to sign for it, which seemed not as secure as I was expecting. But, I got the passport. Everything went as expected and the staff was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

I had less than 7 days before expected travel to get a new passport. At first I was skeptical and a little overwhelmed because of whats required to get everything done. However, two different people at Express Passport stepped up and made sure that I had all the papers, organized, and knew exactly what to do. I was ten days into my road travel trip to discover my passport was missing or misplaced the day before I was to enter Canada... I knew I could get into the country but could not get out without a passport. I also had just booked a flight to travel overseas in 14 days. There was no hard selling pitch, the company graciously presented the variable rate packages (all less expensive than other providers) and explained the process to obtain a new passport within 5+ days. Since I was out of town with limited access to my personal hard-copy files and no portable printer, ReneeH coached me and assisted in researching locations to send documents and forms....always staying in touch for each transaction. There was another complication regarding my original birth certificate, not having my birth parents names on the back, just the address, .Renee was able to fax the proper form to permit researching my birth records to thepassport processing center (i was told by the office of vital statistics, that unless I ventured down to the state and location in person, the update on my birth certificate would be 3-10 weeks) NO WAY!...Thank you Renee! Not even the passport postal office attendants were aware of this form..Seven days later, I also received a phone call from Renee stating my passport would arrive within 24 hours.. Terrific! I clenched the fed ex envelop to open my new passport book.... Tears of fear became tears of joy... Renee took all the worry out of this mentally exhausting process. They aim to please. Thank You!

I rarely if ever post reviews. But I felt compelled to thank John and Renee. They walked me through the simple process to help me get a new passport so that my summer vacation to Greece wouldn't be canceled or postponed. I highly recommend this service if anyone ever find themselves in the jam I was. Five days prior to my vacation I discover that my passport wasn't going to be valid for my return leg of my trip.
