O.K. cut to the chase. just how fast did you receive it? O.K.! This is how it actually went down. I called the" LIGHTING FAST PASPORT EXPRESS CO.@ 1-800-000-000 (It's a good marketing tool) and I need a passport in 4 days. Is that possible? Yes, but it happens very rarely, Mr. Ruffalo, did she say Mr. Ruffalo? I will do the best that I can to get your passport to you in no more than seven business days, or sooner. I thought to myself, righttttt! Companies do not operate that way today. They over commit and under deliver. Not these guys! First I was given my own personal 'GO TO PERSON, that treated me like i was her employer, and not just another customer. I received my passport, delivered, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, to my door, in 5 business days, I was truly shocked. This company not only, delivered on all of their promises, they exceeded their promises. Now hold on to you seats, I was speaking with a real live person WOW!!!!! This company definitely has their act/ procedure together. My paper work went out U.P.S. on Tuesday, and my passport was delivered the following Monday, early, Monday. for the sake of discussion I believe they delivered within 5 and1/2 days. Less than a week from our departure I realized my passport had expired. I prepared my documents for renewal, expressed them out late Thursday evening; Friday they were in D.C. and the passport was renewed on that very day; it arrived Monday morning before 11am. Money well spent. Perhaps I could have walked into a renewal office and done it on time, but this was simple and saved me lots of potential aggravation and time.

I had less then a week before my trip, when I discovered I couldn't find my passport. Everyone was very helpful, and walked me through every step of the way and answered all my questions. I am very pleased, I got my passport within two days after I mailed them all my papers.

An unexpected death in the family had to get me on a plane within a couple of days. I my details to-do list & instructions on a Monday and received my passport on Wednesday. The staff was friendly & response to my many questions. Just a heads up, they're on east coast time, so us west coaster have to time our attempts to reach out.

Express Passport did a great job helping me get my travel documents together as quickly as possible. My only wish is that they could have been a little more clear about the process. Its much simpler than it appears!

I had some bumps in the road but they were self inficted..

Initially, I had issues finding a passport acceptance facility ( the list they provided did not have up to date information), but once I was able to send all my documents in, I got my passport back fairly quickly. Good experience overall.

Passport Express provided help every step of the way. The Agent even provided information on where near me there was a Post Office that I could get the paper work filled out without an appointment.
