I am correcting my previous post. I paid for the 4 to 6 week expedited service. I received a notification from the postal service today that my passport is enroute to me. I haven't received a notification yet from Express Passport or state.gov site. I'm giving this review 3 stars as they did manage to expedite service for my passport in 4 to 6 weeks but they never responded to any of my ticket requests generated through their website, it was more than an hour wait to talk to a representative, and they should not be using another business' address as their regional site address when that business is denying affiliation.

After I posted this they called me and ensured I got my refund. So, I don't know if the passport service is good as I could not use it due to a time crunch, but they are not thief's as I originally thought. I received their initial documentation and realized they could not deliver the passport in time. With-in minutes I wrote them notes and text messages to cancel my ordered. It has been 45 days and it is still sitting in dispute with my credit card company. Expresspassport.com never replied to any of my notes, and when I attempted to call to cancel, I was transferred and put on hold for ever.

They did good job but I did not receive my passport cart just the book. I ordered the card also but never received. Only got book.

To clarify my rating. Would have given a 4-5 star should the comunication be better I had to scramble and renew my sons passport for a trip to Mexico. 3 weeks before the trip. Passports arrived one calendar week after I send the paper work via overnight label provided by Express Passport. My first complaint would be the fact that they have a disclaimer that states no refunds under no circumstance with the exception of the shipping cost ??!! Who does that in the us market ---this is a two thumbs down Second complaint ---lack of comunication / response very late at times and sometimes no response Third, when I finally got a hold of someone in the office I gotten the feeling they were anoyed with me and my questions--NOTE to Express Passport; I am the customer and altough I might not be always right listen to my concerns please , its because of me you are in bussiness (!) The clients are in urgent need of pasports ( hence your name too) so its important to keep them updated for their sanity With all that said, they delivered within the days stated , even faster-4 **** for that The bad part was (government -passport agency) altough Express Passport had informed me that the passports will be on their way the next day ....there was no record of them being completed by the DOD (!!!) fine work keeping track US Agency. Next time --- Check passports in time and save alot of $$$ time and stress!

I needed a passport in three business days. I signed up and paid for the 24-hour Renewal Service. On Monday I shipped everything to them using their FedEx label and confirmed with them that it was en route. I was told by my account rep that I would have it in hand on Wednesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday I got automatic updates stating that my materials were received. I was confused why I would get that on Wed. when it should have already been in the mail Tuesday afternoon to arrive on time. When I called I was told that it would not arrive on Wednesday, but on Thursday - the day my trip started. That was not going to work. The reason for the delay: weather delayed FedEx's deliveries on Tuesday. I tracked my delivery on the a.m. label they provided. It arrived Tuesday at 9:05 AM. FedEx was supposed to deliver between 8 and 10. What is the problem?? When I called back, I was told that because FedEx did not deliver my package at exactly 8:00 AM that it caused a full day delay. What? That is a pretty tight window to base your entire product on. They did up my delivery to early morning delivery for Thursday and it arrived at 8:06 AM but I had already cancelled my travel plans the night before. Very expensive fee for what really amounted to 2-day service.

Got the job done and super fast, but boy do you pay for it. Almost $500 to get a passport renewed between their fees and the government fees. And the site doesn't really give you an idea of exactly how much you're going to be out until you're already into the process. The checklist process was frustrating in that I received three checklists with slightly different instructions each time. And when I had a question about one of the conflicting instructions the answer I got back was, "it shouldn't matter." Not confidence inspiring when the goal is to get a complicated thing done quickly. Plus, I would have appreciated a little more handholding for the money.
