I sent in my husbands passport on Thursday and had it back on the next Wednesday. I had questions about the application when I called them a young man helped me through it and stayed on phone with me until it was complete. Great communications great service

I needed to get passports in a hurry for my daughters so that we can take a vacation to Mexico. I really was out of time but Janessa at Passport Express sent me everything that I needed right away, walked me through all of my questions via phone and email and I got the kid's passports 4 days sooner than expected! If you need your passport renewed in a hurry, this is the place to go. 10 days after shipping out from my local fed ex store my new passport arrived at my door. It was a little pricey for the expedited service and you need to know that the fee that Expresspassport charges does not cover your actual passport; just their service fee. The Passport is another $170. Having said that; I don't really care. I wanted my passport fast, paid for it, received it exactly when I was told I would receive it. Kick ass! THANKS!!!!

Imagine my surprise last week when I looked at my passport, something I have used quite frequently over a 10 year period had expired and I was 1 week from trip. There are a number of services on line but I am sure glad I chose Expresspassport.com. Easy to fill out information but better was the personal experience I had with their service agent Janessa R. Her quick repsonse providing guidance but better a conforting feeling that I had an expert helping me receive my passport on time for the trip. the internet is amazing for locating this type of service but it was the personal experiece of Janessa R that would have me recommending Expresspassport.com
